Terms of Service Usage

This agreement (“Agreement”) is established between PerLod and the customer (“you,” “your”), including the Terms of Service, supplementary provisions, and any orders placed through PerLod.

By completing the PerLod order form, creating an account, and utilizing PerLod services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company or another legal entity, you warrant that you have the legal authority to do so.

PerLod reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via updates to this Agreement posted on our platform. Continued use of PerLod services following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. PerLod will provide additional notifications for material changes.

Disclaimer

PerLod services are provided “as is” without any warranties unless explicitly stated or mandated by law. Neither PerLod nor its licensors guarantee that services will be error-free, fit for a particular purpose, or compatible with any specific devices.

Customers are responsible for ensuring service performance and quality, except as required by law. PerLod and its licensors are not liable for issues, losses, or legal obligations arising from customer content or data.

It is the customer’s responsibility to comply with relevant laws in their jurisdiction regarding the use of PerLod services. Security for websites hosted on shared hosting is the user’s responsibility; PerLod is only accountable for infrastructure security. The performance of internal services on virtual or dedicated servers remains the user’s responsibility.

PerLod is not liable for any damages, including consequential or incidental damages, resulting from service downtime or unavailability.

Terms of Use

Each PerLod account (linked to a unique email address) is designated for a single user. Duplicate accounts may be subject to deletion if deemed suspicious. Service transfers between accounts require ticket submission.

PerLod adheres to OFAC regulations and cannot provide services to individuals or entities from sanctioned regions, including but not limited to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea, Sudan, and certain Ukrainian territories.

PerLod services must be used legally. Content that violates laws or promotes illegal activities is strictly prohibited. Hosting adult content, hacking tools, gambling platforms, or unauthorized IRC services is not permitted.

Malicious software, cyber-attacks, and unethical usage of PerLod services are prohibited.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be requested under the following conditions:

  • If service specifications do not meet the advertised criteria or if technical issues arise within the first five days of activation.
  • If PerLod is unable to resolve your issue.

Key Notes:

  • Domain registration fees are non-refundable.
  • Refund requests require KYC verification.
  • Refunds under $50 will be credited to the PerLod wallet.
  • Refunds are processed within 20-50 business days.
  • Refunds via digital currency will be issued only to the PerLod wallet.
  • Wallet credits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Virtual Private Servers (VPS) Policies

  • VPS services are provisioned within 30-45 minutes of purchase.
  • Extra IPs must be requested via ticket.
  • Service suspension due to term violations will be communicated via email.
  • Customers are responsible for VPS data backups.
  • VPS services must be renewed within two days of the due date to avoid termination.
  • The location of the VPSs is fixed and we cannot migrate them. 

Dedicated Server Policies

  • Dedicated servers are provisioned within 5-10 business days.
  • Customization of dedicated servers is subject to technical feasibility.
  • BIOS updates or firmware modifications are strictly prohibited.
  • The client must manually maintain backups.
  • Bandwidth usage exceeding allocated limits will result in suspension unless additional fees are paid.

Dedicated Server with GPU Policies

  • GPU Dedicated servers are provisioned within 5-10 business days.
  • BIOS updates or firmware modifications are strictly prohibited.
  • The client must manually maintain backups.
  • Bandwidth usage exceeding allocated limits will result in suspension unless additional fees are paid.

Abuse and Compliance Policies

PerLod maintains strict compliance and security standards. Services may be suspended or terminated for:

  • Cyber-attacks (DDoS, malware distribution, phishing, spamming, etc.).
  • Unauthorized brand impersonation.
  • Hosting illegal or restricted content.
  • Operating pyramid schemes, fraudulent financial services, or hacking tools.

Users providing services to third parties remain accountable for all activities conducted through their services. Any security concerns or abuse reports should be directed to abuse[at]PerLod.com.

Customers must implement strong passwords and appropriate security measures to protect their services.
