Bulk or high-volume email activity is only permitted where it is lawful and does not involve spam, abuse, misleading behavior, or harm to recipients, networks, or service reputation.

Any scanning, probing, exploitation, or security testing of systems, services, or networks without clear authorization is prohibited.

4. Enforcement

Where reasonably necessary, PerLod may investigate, restrict, suspend, or terminate services connected to activity that violates this Policy or creates risk for the platform, infrastructure, network, or other users.
