Terms of Service Agreement
Welcome to PerLod. This Terms of Service Agreement governs your access to and use of the PerLod website, platform, and services.
By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order, or using any PerLod service, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. When we do, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date.
1. Services
PerLod provides services including:
- VPS services
- Dedicated Server services
- GPU Server services
- Domain services
- Related services
We may update, modify, replace, or discontinue any service, feature, plan, or offering at any time.
2. Account Information
When placing an order or using our services, you are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information required for provisioning, billing, communication, and account management.
You are also responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any credentials associated with your services.
3. Additional Review
PerLod is designed to keep the ordering experience simple and privacy-conscious. In limited cases, we may request additional information where reasonably necessary in connection with payment review or abuse prevention.
Any such request will be limited to what is reasonably necessary for the matter being assessed.
4. Payments, Billing, and Activation
All prices, invoices, and payments on PerLod are in USD unless clearly stated otherwise.
Services are activated after successful payment has been received and confirmed. Service activation usually begins after payment confirmation, but delivery times may vary depending on the service ordered. Some services are prepared very quickly, while others may require additional setup time before delivery.
Continued use of services may require timely renewal. If a service is not renewed before its expiration or due date, it may be suspended and may later be terminated.
PerLod is not responsible for any loss resulting from failure to renew a service on time.
5. Refunds
Refunds are considered only in limited situations.
A refund may be considered only where:
- PerLod is unable to deliver or activate the ordered service, and the customer does not wish to accept a replacement service
- The delivered service materially differs from the service information presented on the website, and the change or replacement was made without coordination with the customer
Where a refund is approved:
- If the original service amount is greater than USD 50, the refund may be returned through the same payment method originally used for the transaction whenever possible
- If the original service amount is less than USD 50, the approved amount may be added to the customer’s PerLod account wallet as non-withdrawable credit for future service purchases
Domain registrations, domain renewals, domain transfers, domain restores, and similar third-party fulfilled services are generally non-refundable.
6. Cancellations
A cancellation request is intended to stop future renewal of a service.
Cancellation may be requested before the next renewal date or during an active service period. In all cases, cancellation does not automatically create a refund right and does not reverse charges already applied for the current billing period.
7. Payment Disputes
If a payment dispute, reversal, or chargeback is opened, PerLod may place the related order, service, or account under review and may temporarily restrict affected services while the matter is being resolved.
We encourage customers to contact us first so billing issues can be reviewed directly and resolved as quickly as possible.
8. Acceptable Use
PerLod services may not be used for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity.
This includes, without limitation:
- Spam
- Phishing
- Malware distribution
- Fraud
- Unauthorized access or attacks
- Abuse of network or IP resources
- Any activity that threatens the stability, security, or reputation of our services or infrastructure
Additional operational rules may be described in our Acceptable Use Policy.
9. Abuse, Service Protection, and Availability
If abuse, misuse, security concerns, payment-related concerns, or risks affecting the platform or network are reported or identified, PerLod may review information reasonably related to the matter.
Where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, infrastructure, or other users, access to a service may be temporarily limited while an issue is being reviewed.
Service availability may occasionally be affected by technical events, upstream issues, abuse response, infrastructure conditions, or other operational factors. For planned maintenance, we will aim to provide advance notice where reasonably possible.
Abuse reports may be submitted through our abuse contact form at https://perlod.com/contact/abuse/.
10. Backups and Data Responsibility
Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups unless backup coverage is explicitly included and clearly stated as part of the purchased service.
PerLod does not guarantee backup availability, retention, or recovery unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific service.
11. Support
Support is provided in accordance with the scope of the purchased service and PerLod’s support model.
Customers can refer to the Support page for more information about what is included. If additional assistance is needed beyond the included support scope, higher support plans or additional services may be purchased where available.
For billing questions, order issues, refund-related requests, or cancellation assistance, customers should open a support ticket through the client area at dash.perlod.com.
12. Suspension or Termination
PerLod may limit, suspend, or terminate access to any service where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:
- Abuse or misuse
- Prohibited activity
- Payment issues
- Security concerns
- Risk to infrastructure, network, or other users
- Violation of this Agreement or related policies
Where appropriate, we may attempt to notify the customer before or after action is taken, depending on the nature and urgency of the situation.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PerLod is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-related damages.
This includes loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, service interruption, or other commercial loss arising from or related to the use of our website or services.
In all cases, PerLod’s total liability in connection with any claim is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific affected service during the relevant service period.
