PerLod Platform Launch Notes: What Changed for Customers

The new PerLod platform changes how customers move between discovering services, placing orders, and managing their account. If you already use PerLod, here is what is different when you visit the site or log in to manage your services.

The new PerLod site now has a clearer layout. The new navigation is designed to make common actions easier to find and follow.

• Product pages, such as VPS, Dedicated Servers, GPU Servers, and domains, are easier to find from the main menu.
• The path from browsing a service to configuring and ordering it is clearer and more consistent.
• Support and account links are easier to spot, no matter which page you are on.

Choosing a plan follows a clearer and more consistent flow:

• Service pages present available plans and configuration options more clearly.
• For configurable infrastructure services, you can select relevant options such as CPU, RAM, storage, and location before checkout.
• Once you select a plan, the checkout flow guides you through completing the order.

The public site and your account are now more connected.

• After you buy a service, you move into the new PerLod Dashboard to manage it.
• The Dashboard is the central place for accessing your services, orders, and billing information.
• The core account experience is brought together in one place.

Once you are logged in, the Dashboard is your main hub.

• You can access and review your active services from the Dashboard.
• Your invoices, payment status, and account balance are in the billing section.
• You can open a past invoice or check your payment history without searching your email.

Getting help still works the same way, but it is easier to reach.

• You can still contact support through live chat, email, or a ticket.
• The Knowledge Base and Tutorials section keep their step-by-step guides for setup and troubleshooting.
• Support links now sit closer to your account and billing pages, so help is never far away.
